We Collect Only What We Need
phjpin collects personal data that is strictly necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and the delivery of our gaming services. We do not collect data speculatively or for purposes unrelated to operating the phjpin platform for Filipino players.
We Never Sell Your Data
phjpin does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Your information is used solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and is shared only with service providers who help us operate the phjpin platform under strict data processing agreements.
Philippine Data Privacy Act Compliance
phjpin processes your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. We are committed to upholding your rights as a data subject under Philippine law, including your rights of access, correction, and erasure.
Security-First Data Handling
Your personal data is protected by industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls limiting data visibility to authorised personnel only, and regular security assessments. We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational steps to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse of your information.
You Control Your Data
As a phjpin player, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of your data. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting our Data Privacy Officer at the address provided in this policy.
Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm to your rights and freedoms, phjpin will notify affected players and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within the timeframes required under Philippine data privacy regulations. We maintain an incident response plan specifically for data security events.

These records are used to manage your support request and to improve our service quality.
2.6 Responsible Gaming Data
Where you use phjpin's responsible gaming tools — such as setting deposit limits, requesting a cooling-off period, or initiating a self-exclusion — we record the details of those elections as part of your account record to ensure they are correctly applied and maintained.

phjpin uses your personal data for the following purposes:
- Account creation and management: To register your phjpin account, authenticate your identity on login, and maintain your account profile and preferences.

- Customer support: To respond to your support requests, resolve disputes, and improve the quality of our customer service.
- Platform improvement: To analyse usage patterns on phjpin.net in aggregate, identify technical issues, and improve the usability, performance, and game offering of the platform.
- Marketing communications: Where you have consented to receive promotional communications, to send you information about phjpin bonuses, promotions, and new game releases. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting support or updating your communication preferences in your account settings.
5 Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, phjpin processes your personal data on the following legal bases:
| Legal Basis | Processing Activities Covered |
|---|---|
| Contractual necessity | Processing required to perform the contract between you and phjpin — i.e., to operate your account, process payments, and deliver gaming services. |

| Consent | Marketing communications and non-essential cookies — where we rely on your freely given, specific, informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time without detriment. |
6 Sharing Your Data
phjpin does not sell your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of third parties, strictly for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
6.1 Payment Processors
To process your deposits and withdrawals, phjpin shares the minimum necessary transaction data with our payment processing partners, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and card network processors. These partners are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable financial data security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS for card payments).
6.2 KYC & Identity Verification Providers
To fulfil our identity verification obligations, phjpin shares KYC documentation with third-party identity verification service providers. These providers process your identification documents solely to produce a verification result for phjpin and are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
6.3 Fraud Prevention & AML Screening
phjpin uses automated anti-fraud and anti-money laundering screening systems that may process your account and transaction data to generate risk assessments. Where required by Philippine law (including AMLA), phjpin may report suspicious transaction activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) or other competent authorities.
6.4 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities
phjpin will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the NPC, the AMLC, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), law enforcement agencies, or courts when required to do so by law, court order, or lawful regulatory request. We will, where legally permitted, attempt to notify affected Players of such disclosures.
6.5 Technology Service Providers
phjpin uses third-party technology providers — including cloud hosting infrastructure, analytics platforms, and customer support software — to operate and maintain the platform. These providers access personal data only to the extent necessary to deliver their contracted services to phjpin and are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit independent use of your data.
7 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
phjpin uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on phjpin.net. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help us operate the platform, remember your preferences, and understand how players use our site.
7.1 Types of Cookies We Use
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function — including session authentication, security tokens, and load balancing. These cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.
- Functional cookies: Remember your language preferences, game lobby settings, and other personalisation choices to improve your phjpin experience.
- Analytics cookies: Collect aggregate, anonymised data about how players navigate phjpin.net, which pages are most visited, and where technical errors occur. This data helps us improve the platform.
- Marketing cookies: Used where you have consented to receive personalised promotional content from phjpin. These cookies help us deliver relevant bonus and game recommendations based on your activity on the platform.
7.2 Managing Cookies
You can manage or withdraw your consent to non-essential cookies through the cookie preference centre accessible on phjpin.net. You may also configure your browser to block or delete cookies; however, disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair your ability to use the phjpin platform. Note that blocking cookies does not delete data already collected prior to the change in your preferences.
8 Data Retention
phjpin retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. The following indicative retention periods apply:
| Data Category | Retention Period |
|---|---|
| Account registration data | Duration of active account plus 5 years after account closure, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements. |
| KYC / identity verification documents | 5 years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later, as required under AMLA and PAGCOR regulations. |
| Transaction and financial records | 5 years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with AMLA and BIR record-keeping obligations. |
| Customer support communications | 3 years from the date of the support interaction, for dispute resolution and service quality purposes. |
| Technical / usage logs | Up to 12 months, after which they are anonymised or deleted. |
| Marketing consent records | Duration of consent plus 3 years after withdrawal, to evidence compliance. |
| Responsible gaming records | Duration of the active election plus the full self-exclusion period, plus 5 years thereafter. |
At the end of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be attributed to an identifiable individual. Statutory requirements may override the retention periods above where a longer period is mandated by law.
9 Data Security
phjpin implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the personal data we process. These measures include, but are not limited to:
- Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and phjpin.net;
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including KYC documents and financial records;
- Role-based access controls limiting access to personal data to authorised phjpin personnel on a need-to-know basis;
- Multi-factor authentication requirements for phjpin administrative systems;

While phjpin takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own phjpin account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, please contact phjpin support immediately at the address in Section 14.
10 Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to the personal data phjpin holds about you:

11 Children's Privacy
phjpin's platform and Services are strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. phjpin does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to close the associated account, delete the data, and — where required — report the matter in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child or ward has registered a phjpin account or submitted personal data to phjpin.net, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 14 so we can take appropriate action without delay.
12 Cross-Border Data Transfers
phjpin primarily processes personal data of Filipino players within the Philippines. However, certain technology service providers and game software suppliers that support the phjpin platform may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a recipient in another country, phjpin ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers include contractual clauses that bind the overseas recipient to data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law, and, where applicable, transfer to countries that the NPC has recognised as providing adequate data protection. We will provide further information about the safeguards applicable to a specific transfer upon written request to our Data Privacy Officer.
13 Changes to This Privacy Policy
phjpin may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, platform features, or applicable Philippine laws and regulations. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated whenever a material change is made.
Where we make a material change to this Privacy Policy — such as a change to the purposes for which we use your data, the categories of data we collect, or the third parties with whom we share your data — we will notify you by email to the address registered on your phjpin account and/or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of phjpin after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised terms.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. If you have questions about any change, please contact our Data Privacy Officer as described in Section 14.
