phjpin Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register a phjpin Account or use any of the Services. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. phjpin conducts age verification checks as part of the KYC process and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all wagers placed will be voided, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The phjpin platform is operated for the Philippine market and is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. phjpin does not warrant the legality of its Services in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines and makes no representation that the platform complies with the laws of any other country.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

When registering your Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure. phjpin is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player's submission of inaccurate registration details.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active phjpin Account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitute a violation of this Agreement. phjpin reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and retain any balance pending investigation where duplicate accounts are detected.

2.5 KYC Verification

phjpin requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal requests are processed and may require KYC at any stage of account use. Accepted identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or Voter's ID), along with proof of address where required. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by phjpin will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjpin Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or permit your Account to be used by anyone other than yourself.

phjpin will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from phjpin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at the email address listed in Section 15.

You must notify phjpin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected compromise of your login credentials. phjpin accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or failed to notify phjpin promptly upon discovering a compromise.

4 Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phjpin and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Using the Services for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal purpose;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any phjpin software or system;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other circumvention tool to mask your location or access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee bonus conversion, or exploiting promotional terms through systematic arbitrage;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phjpin staff or other players through any communication channel.

5 Deposits

All deposits to your phjpin Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits funded from an account, e-wallet, or card held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited. phjpin reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party payment source and to request documentary evidence of payment method ownership.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phjpin currently accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in Philippine Peso:

• GCash (minimum deposit: ₱100)
• PayMaya (minimum deposit: ₱100)
• BPI Online Transfer
• BDO Online Transfer
• Metrobank Online Transfer
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfer

phjpin may add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to available payment channels via the platform or by email.

5.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your phjpin Account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, or PESONet may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your Account balance depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. phjpin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

5.3 Currency

All deposits, Account balances, wagers, and winnings on phjpin are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in a foreign currency will be declined. phjpin does not accept or process deposits in USD, EUR, or any currency other than PHP.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

phjpin offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this Section and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds awarded under any phjpin promotion are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before withdrawal is permitted). Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available only to newly registered Players who have not previously held a phjpin Account. phjpin reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the rights already accrued by eligible Players.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or systematically abuse phjpin's promotional offers — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing low-risk opposing bets to convert bonus funds, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion — constitutes bonus abuse. phjpin reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the accounts of Players found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

7 Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests for their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, wagering requirement compliance, and fraud/AML checks. phjpin reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that fails to satisfy these conditions.

7.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• GCash & PayMaya: Typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank (online transfer): Typically processed within one (1) to two (2) banking business days.
• InstaPay / PESONet: Typically processed within one (1) banking business day.
• Visa / Mastercard: Three (3) to five (5) banking business days depending on the issuing bank.

Processing times are estimates only and may be extended where additional verification is required, where withdrawals are flagged for fraud review, or where the relevant payment processor is experiencing delays. phjpin is not liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.

7.2 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, phjpin may process the withdrawal via an alternative method registered to the Player's verified Account. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.

7.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount from a phjpin Account is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the Account balance meets or exceeds the minimum amount.

8 Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games available on phjpin — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sabong, and bingo — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

8.1 Random Number Generation

All phjpin slot and table games that rely on automated outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems used by phjpin's game providers are independently audited to confirm statistical fairness and compliance with industry standards. RNG certification does not guarantee any particular outcome for any individual wager — all results are statistically random.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or network disruption that affects the integrity of a game round, phjpin reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. phjpin's decision on the treatment of wagers affected by technical issues is final. No claim shall lie against phjpin for winnings that would have arisen from a game round that was voided due to a malfunction.

8.3 Void Wagers

A wager may be declared void by phjpin in the following circumstances: technical malfunction; manifest pricing or odds error; a game round affected by cheating or collusion; or any other circumstance in which the integrity of the wager cannot be confirmed. Void wagers are refunded to the Player's Account balance at the original stake value.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Restriction

phjpin enforces a strict 21+ age policy on all Services. In addition to the registration checks described in Section 2, phjpin employs ongoing monitoring to identify accounts that may be operated by underage individuals. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed in accordance with Section 2.

9.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following self-management tools are available to all Players directly from the Account settings section of phjpin:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on your maximum net losses over a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all phjpin Services. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum exclusion period chosen and cannot be reversed by contacting support during the active exclusion window.

9.3 Support Resources

If you or someone you know is experiencing problem gambling, we encourage you to seek support from the relevant organisations. PAGCOR operates responsible gaming programmes for Philippine players, and information on these resources is available through the PAGCOR official channels. phjpin support can also direct you to appropriate local support services upon request — contact us at the email address in Section 15.

phjpin does not permit the use of the platform as a source of income or a substitute for employment income. The Services are offered for entertainment purposes only, and all players should wager only what they can afford to lose.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the phjpin platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, user interface designs, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of phjpin or its licensed game and content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By using the phjpin platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any phjpin content; reverse engineer or decompile any phjpin software; remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any content; or use any phjpin trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of phjpin's intellectual property is a breach of this Agreement and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

11 Privacy & Data

phjpin collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and general use of the Services. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the phjpin Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at phjpin.net/privacy-policy.

By registering a phjpin Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phjpin complies with applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), in its handling of Player personal data.

phjpin does not sell Player personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, fraud detection systems, and regulatory authorities where required by law or as necessary to operate the platform securely.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phjpin's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their phjpin Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjpin shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunities;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Services due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party system outages;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions;
• Data loss or corruption caused by circumstances beyond phjpin's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account security as required under Section 3.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit phjpin's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Amendments

phjpin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, phjpin will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. The effective date of the current version of the Terms is stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the phjpin platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your Account before the effective date of the change. To request Account closure, contact phjpin support at the address in Section 15.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the phjpin Services that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phjpin operates within the PAGCOR-regulated online gaming framework. Players who have unresolved complaints that phjpin's internal dispute resolution process has failed to address may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through official PAGCOR complaint channels, consistent with the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines.
